The vehicle porter maintains the appearance of the dealership's lot including making sure that all vehicles are parked in the assigned area, inventory is properly tagged & cleaned.

They are also responsible for meeting the car carrier when new/pre-owned vehicles are delivered and inspecting for damage.

You may also be required to pick up or drop-off customer as needed.


The porter is responsible for maintaining a clean shop environment which includes sweeping and mopping, disposal of old oil, coolant, transmission fluid, tires and old parts.

The porter is responsible for parking customers vehicles when they come in for service, putting on seat covers and floor mats and assigning tag numbers to the keys. When vehicles are completed the porter is responsible for pulling the vehicle around for the customer.



Valid Driver's License with no major violations within the past 3 years

Reliable & Dependable

Must have a professional demeanor with both managers, staff & customers

Must be able to work with minimal supervision & complete tasks within the required time frame assigned

Must be able to drive full size pick up trucks & a manual transmission vehicle

Hours of position:  Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm


Occassional overtime may be required
