Cashier - Receptionist

Full & Part time Positions

An automotive cashier -receptionist receives payments from customers getting their vehicles maintained/repaired, or buying parts or fluids specific to certain vehicles.

Automotive cashier - receptionists explain vehicle service recommendations to customers, print out or write up estimates and invoices, and accept payment for the work once finished. 

They are also responsible for answering the incoming calls to the dealership in a timely & professional manner.

Explain vehicle service recommendations to customers, print out or write up estimates and invoices, and accurately accept payment for the work once finished.

Answer telephones or monitor the switchboard, directly calls to the appropriate party or department.  

Handle customer complaints either on the phone or in person.

Keep track of any recall orders serviced.



Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

Professional appearance.

Excellent communication skills.

Possess basic computer and math skills. 

Organizational skills and ability to multi task.


Full time position - Schedule:  Monday - Friday 3-9pm

Part time position - Schedule:  Saturday 8:30am - 6pm
