Customer Service Manager - Auto Body Estimator Schedules appointments with customer.

Customer Service Manager - Auto Body Estimator works with customer and  Auto Body Technicians to identify required repair work.

Computes cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to condition specified by customer.

Enters itemized estimate on repair order and explains estimate to customer.

Keeps customer informed and updated throughout the repairs.

Maintains Customer Satisfaction score at or above designated standards.

Meets dealership's standards for repair/order production.

Familiar with and able to adhere to various insurance guidelines



Prior estimating experience or equivalent required 

DRP Experience preferred

Knowledgeable in the auto repair process and estimating software.

Strong negotiation skills.

ASE or I-CAR certification in auto body repairs – Preferred

 PA Appraiser Certification a plus

Successful track record Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction (CSI) results & attention to detail

Team oriented

Must be computer literate & be familiar with Microsoft Office Products

Valid driver's license with no major violations within the past 3 years
