Overview

Customer Care - Business Development Center Representative

 

Chapman EHT is seeking full & part time applicants to join our Service Customer Care Team.

 

 

   The Chapman Auto Stores has served your local community with high quality vehicle sales and service for over a half century. 

We have 7 locations from Atlantic City to Lancaster County & are one of the largest auto groups in the tristate area .

Our franchises include Ford, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Nissan, Lincoln, Volkswagen and Mazda along with a n inventory of well stocked certified pre-owned vehicles. 

 

Employees will be in contact with our current customers via phone, email and text to ensure customer satisfaction and retention along with other follow up. 

 

 

The candidate must be a friendly, articulate, enthusiastic, and a self-motivated team player with outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude, and an excellent work ethic.

Responsibilities

Answer and Schedule Customer Service Appointment Requests via Email, Phone, Text.

Confirm First Appointment is made for every New and Pre-owned Vehicle Sold by Sales Department

Follow up with Service Customers to ensure customer satisfaction after visit and set next appointment if not already made.

Any Customer Service issues need to be documented and brought to the service managers attention.

Follow Up with the provided Service Prospecting lists.

Assist Service Manager and BDC Manager as needed

 

Qualifications

Prior BDC and/or customer service experience required.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel and possess the ability to navigate through multiple windows and multiple software systems.

Must be able to work well with customers and have exceptional communication skills.

Must possess strong organizational and time management skills.

Must also possess the ability to multi-task.

 

 

Full Time position requires 40 hours per week.  

Part time position required 20-30 hour per week.

The Customer Care/BDC Department is open 8am - 7pm, Monday - Friday.  

Flex hours are available for this position.
