Customer Care -Vehicle Aquisition Representative

 

   The Chapman Auto Stores has served your local community with high quality vehicle sales and service for over a half century. 

With 7 locations from Atlantic City to Lancaster County, The Chapman Auto Stores is one of the largest auto groups in the tristate area.  We have the following franchises:Ford, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Jeep, Nissan, Lincoln, Volkswagen, Mazda & a variety of certified pre-owned vehicles. 

 

 

The Vehicle Customer Care Aquisition Representative focuses on increasing the sales traffic of the dealership by interacting with customers face to face. 

They will also receive inbound sales calls and make outbound sales calls such as (not limited to) Lease Retention, Internet, Unsold Showroom Traffic and follow up calls which produce solid and specific appointments with a Sales Manager for the sales team.

The VAR acts as the essential communications link between the client and the dealership.

The VAR must be a friendly, articulate, enthusiastic, and a self-motivated team player with outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude, and an excellent work ethic.

Responsibilities

The Customer Care Vehicle Aquisition Representative focuses on increasing the sales traffic of the dealership by interacting with customers face to face. 

They will also receive inbound sales calls and make outbound sales calls such as (not limited to) Lease Retention, Internet, Unsold Showroom Traffic and follow up calls which produce solid and specific appointments with a Sales Manager for the sales team.

The VAR must be a friendly, articulate, enthusiastic, and a self-motivated team player with outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude, and an excellent work ethic.

The VAR will be required to utilize the BDC scripts and guidelines on all customer interaction.

 

 

Must maintain & adhere to strict confidentiality  rules of confidential personal information of our customers in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission Safeguards Rule, implementing the provisions of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act as they pertain to automobile dealerships. 

 

Qualifications

Prior experience in a business development center preferred.

Retail Sales experience preferred.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel and possess the ability to navigate through multiple windows and multiple software systems.

Must have excellent customer service skills

Must possess strong organizational and time management skills & possess the ability to multi-task.

 Valid Drivers License with no major violations within the past 3 years.
